Our Price Promise 

The Internal Door Store promise to you, is that we guarantee that whenever you shop with us, either online or in our showroom, you are getting the best deal.

Our price promise, is if you find a door cheaper elsewhere, tell us.  We promise to do our best to match or beat the price of any other door retailer (online or direct).  So if you find any of our products cheaper elsewhere, contact us and let us know. 

Unfortunately, our Price Promised does not apply to any items being sold on auction sites, Amazon or private sellers.  As these may be clearance items and we cannot guarantee they will be the same quality of product.  

If you have found a cheaper product please email us on sales@internaldoorstore.co.uk with the following details and we will do our best to reply to you within 24 hours:

• The name of the website/retailer selling the product
• The name of the product manufacturer
• Full name of product
• Product stock code
• Size of product
• Price of product including VAT
• Delivery charges (if applicable)

We will check the details once we receive your request.  Upon checking that they are the same identical brand new items, offered on the same terms and are not on offer/sale, then we will do our best to price match the item.  All decisions are final.
